A computer is an electronic machine that can quickly make calculations, store, rearrange and retrieve information, or control another machine. Its main feature is speed and accuracy. The main components of a computer are a CPU, a monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, etc.
The usefulness of a computer is immense in the present world. It is understood that true development is impossible without the introduction of computers in every sphere of our life.
Nowadays, computers are used to diagnose diseases. A newer process of operation has been invented by computers as an alternative to surgery. It is also used to treat internal stones without traditional surgery.
Today, computers are used in our agriculture sector to innovate new agricultural tools, new species of various crops, fruits, and fish to fulfill the demand of the growing population.
Computers are being used in the education sector all over the world. Computer education has been introduced at school and college levels in Bangladesh. The results of SSC, HSC, and many other public examinations, as well as university admission tests, are processed and published in a short time with the help of computers.
