1. Article এর পর gap থাকলে উক্ত gap এর জাগায় adjective বসে। যেমনঃ There lived a ------- king in India. (wise, kind, famous, great)
2. Article এর পর adjective থাকলে এবং এর পর gap তারপর noun থাকলে উক্ত gap এর স্থানে past participle বা present participle বসে।
   যেমনঃ I saw a nice ------ sari at New market. (coloured) I have beautiful ------- picture hung on the wall. (painted)
3. কোন sentence এ preposition এর পরে gap থাকলে এবং gap এর পরে noun থাকলে ঐ gap এ ing যুক্ত verb বসবে।
   যেমনঃ I am interested in ------ music. (listening) The children are fond of ____ sweets. (eating)
4. Be verb এর পর gap থাকলে এবং তারপর prepositional phrase থাকলে এ gap এর জায়গায় adjective বসে।
   যেমনঃ Mr. Mofiz is ----- at English.(good) They are ------ of snake. (afraid)
5. Look, seem, grow, taste, remain, sound, appear, turn, become, heap প্রভৃতি verb এর পর gap থাকলে সাধারনত adjective বসে। যেমনঃ The baby looks ------. (nice, pritty, beautiful, smart, gloomy, glad, grave, attractive, ugly)
6. Object বিহিন verb থাকলে এবং তারপরে gap থাকলে উক্ত gap এ noun/adjective/adverb বসতে পারে। যেমনঃ We learn ------ (English) He runs ------ (fast) She learns ----- (swimming) He reads ------- (perfectly)
7. Be Verb এরপরে gap থাকলে এবং তারপরে adjective থাকলে gap এর স্থলে adverb বসে। যেমনঃ My father’s idea was ------ right. (fully, totally, absolutely, undoubtedly, certainly)
8. Definite article এরপর gap থাকলে এবং তারপরে Noun থাকলে gap এর স্থলে Adjective এর superlative form বসে। যেমনঃ Mr. Rana is the ------ man in the locality. (wisest, richest, strongest, best, tallest)
9. Help, mind, feel, alike, worth, object to, confess to, used to, with a view to, look forward to প্রভৃতির পর gap থাকলে suitable verb এনে তার সঙ্গে ing যোগ করতে হয়। যেমনঃ I can’t help ---- my sister’s house. (going)
10. Sentence এর প্রথমে subject না থেকে gap থাকলে এবং পরে subject + মূল verb থাকলে প্রথমে suitable verb এর সঙ্গে ing যুক্ত হবে। যেমনঃ -----in the High court, Mr. Kalam is happy. (Practicing)
11. One of the, many of the, most of the প্রভৃতির পর gap থাকলে উক্ত gap এর জাগায় Noun এর plural form বসে। যেমনঃ Karim is one of the brilliant ----- of the school. (students) Many of the ------ are playing in the field. (boys)
12. Sentence এর শুরুতে শুধুমাত্র Most of the থাকলে এবং এরপর gap থাকলে উক্ত gap এরপর countable noun এর plural form বসে। যেমনঃ Most of the ------ were present in the class. (boys)
    Most of the ------ he remains busy. (time)
13. Have, has, had এবং মূল Verb এরপরে gap থাকলে উক্ত gap এ সাধারনত Noun, Object হিসেবে বসে।

14. Fill in the gap Not only ------ but also এর ব্যবহার যেমনঃ He is------- honest but --------- kind. (not only, also) Not only my father ------- I ------ supported the idea. (but, also)
    NB. এ ক্ষেত্রে subject ভিন্ন হলে Not only word পরে বসে। Not only ছাড়াও অন্যান্য co-relatives গুলো Fill in the gap এ ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমনঃ either---or, neither--- nor, Both ---and, too ---- to, So ----- that, No sooner---- than, so---as, such---as, hardly --- when.
15. Gap এর আগে Adjective এবং পরে Noun থাকলে উক্ত gap এ সাধারনত preposition বসে। যেমনঃ Fahim is good ------- administration. (in)
16. Gap এর আগে মূল verb এবং gap এর পরে Article/ Noun Phrase বসে। (Article+ Adverb / Adjective + Noun) থাকলে উক্ত Gap এ preposition বসে। যেমনঃ She is ----- good position. (in) Karim is ----- good health. (in)
17. Sentence এর শুরুতেই Gap এবং ডানে Noun Phrase/ Article অর্থাৎ Article + Adverb/Adjective + Noun থাকলে Gap এ Preposition বসে। যেমনঃ ------- a poorest condition ------- a man. (in, with)
18. Gap এর বাম দিকে full sentence এবং ডান দিকে full sentence থাকলে মাঝে conjunction বসে। যেমনঃ I went to Barishal ------ my friends meet me. (and)
19. Sentence এর শুরুতেই Gap এবং তারপর Noun Phrase/ Article. যেমনঃ Article + Adverb/ Adjective + Noun থাকলে Gap এ preposition ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমনঃ A poorest condition ----- man. (in/ with)
20. Gap এর বাম দিকে পূর্ণ Sentence এবং ডান দিকেও যদি পূর্ণ Sentence থাকে তবে তার মাঝে Conjunction ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমনঃ I went to Barishal -------- my friend met me. (and)
21. Gap এর ডানে বা বামে noun থাকলে উক্ত gap এ conjunction হবে। যেমনঃ Jony ------- Rony took the decision last. (and)
22. দুটি clause এর মাঝখানে gap থাকলে উক্ত gap এ conjunction বসে। যেমনঃ
    He has well done the job ----- got the reward. (and)
23. Subject singular হলে verb singular হবে। যেমনঃ The --------- of his eyes ------ blue. (colour, is)
    The --------- on the table ----- red. (books, are)
24. Subject third person singular tense এর হলে verb এর শেষে s/es যোগ করতে হয়। যেমনঃ Karim -------- to school. (goes)
25. For/since এর পর সময় উল্লেখ থাকলে Present perfect continuous tense হয়। যেমনঃ He has been --------- since morning. (reading)
26. Am, is, are, was, were, has been, have been, will be এর পরে verb এর -ing form হয়। যেমনঃ

27. Sentence এ am, is, are, was, were থাকলে Sentence এর অর্থ অনুসারে verb এর present participle / Adjective বসতে পারে। যেমনঃ She is -------- to live in a small family. (unhappy)
28. Am, is, are, was, were এর পর Gap এ Past participle হবে যদি Gap এর পরে by থাকে। যেমনঃ The letters were ------- by her was lost yesterday. (written)
29. Am, is, are, was, were এর পর Gap এ Noun হবে যদি Gap এর আগে Article থাকে। যেমনঃ Mr. Abdur Rahim was a --------. (farmer)
30. In, on, of, for, from, by, without ইত্যাদির পরে verb এর সাথে ing হয়। যেমনঃ She is skill in ----------- English. (speaking)
31. Being, / been / to be / having এর পর মুল verb এর Past participle হয়। যেমনঃ Having --------- the work, he left the office.
32. Have, has, had এবং মূল verb এর পরে gap থাকলে উক্ত Gap এ Noun, Object হিসেবে বসে। যেমনঃ Rana has --------- . (some qualities)
33. Subject + Verb + Object এর পরে Gap থাকলে উক্ত Gap এ Adjective বসে। যেমনঃ She loves me ---------. (sincerely)
34. Subject + Verb + Object এর পরে আরেকটি Noun Object হিসেবে বসে। যেমনঃ She sent me --------- . (flowers)
35. প্রথমে subject না থেকে verb থাকলে এবং পরে Subject + মুল verb থাকলে প্রথম verb এর সাথে -ing যুক্ত হয়। যেমনঃ Rahim can't ride a bicycle------- hard from the beginning. (practicing)
36. প্রথমে subject + শূন্যস্থান থাকলে + পরে মূল verb থাকলে শূন্য স্থানে verb এর সাথে ing যুক্ত হবে। যেমনঃ

37. Possessive এর পরে সব সময় Noun বসে। যেমনঃ My father, their mother, our friend, his book.
38. To এর পর verb এর present form হয়। ব্যাতিক্রম ing ও হয় যেমনঃ view to / look forward to / get used to / prefer to / accustomed to / be used to ইত্যাদি। He used to living in cold climate.
39. Noun এর পূর্বে সর্বদা Adjective বসে। যেমনঃ She is a -------- girl. (beautiful)
40. Noun সব সময় subject ও object হিসেবে বসে। যেমনঃ The book is on the table.
41. কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে Preposition (with, for, by) এর পরে বসে। যেমনঃ I did with --------- . (confidence)
42. (a) The এর পরে সবসময় Noun বসে। (b) Subject-এ কয়েকটি শব্দ থাকলে of এর দুই পার্শ্বে Noun বসে। যেমনঃ The ----- of his ----- is sure. (possibility, success)
43. Feel, become, get, look এর পরে সবসময় Adjective যেমনঃ The people look--------- (gainful)
44. Get, had এর পর Object + Verb থাকলে Verb টি Past participle হবে। যেমনঃ I got the work ------ by him. (done)
45. কোন শব্দ পরিবর্তনের সময় দুই পাশে যদি Preposition থাকে তবে মাঝের টি Noun হবে। যেমনঃ (in condition with, in turns of) I have done it in ------ of my friend. (favour)
46. Kept / started ইত্যাদির পর verb এর ing form হয়। যেমনঃ He kept -------- (writing)
47. Subject + Verb এর পরে object এর প্রয়োজন না থাকলে শূন্যস্থানে adverb বসে। যেমনঃ He came ------- (hurriedly)
48. Tomorrow, the next day, latter ইত্যাদি থাকলে Future Indefinite tense হয়। যেমনঃ The next day ----------- holiday. (will be)
